Pfsense Tutorial Instalation
pfSense is a focused operating sysem for use a firewall and router, pfSense is a descendant of FreeBSD that have been in customization.
Minimum hardware requirement
CPU - 100 MHz Pentium
RAM - 128 MB
Live CD:
CD-ROM drive
USB flash drive or floppy drive to save the configuration
Installation to the hard drive:
CD-ROM for initial installation
1 GB hard drive
pfSense installation
First prepare pfsense cdrom livecd, for its iso can be downloaded Top
then change the computer to boot from the cdrom and then wait a few moments to complete the system boot process, then we will ask whether to create a VLAN, enter only n if we are not going to create a VLAN

pfSense configuration
After installation complete we simply adjust the other configurations we need, to access the administration web page using a browser pfsense on a computer that is connected to the LAN interface on the pfsense and input the address to http://192.168.1.1 with the username admin and password pfsense (default ), then we'll see a wizard page that will help us set up pfsense as shown below:
